I’m Mark Power.

A licensed Counsellor with over 25 years in the trenches. Be it in psych wards, prisons, Indigenous communities or family homes. I've witnessed gut wrenching pain. The kind that punches from the inside out.

And have come to understand why healing must be real.

Starting Love Well wasn't a career move. It was a calling. 

A practice rooted in truth, presence and the belief  wholeness can be reclaimed no matter how far gone you see yourself.

 

This isn’t symptom management. It’s healing of the mind and restoration of the soul.

 

I don’t fix people. I walk with them. Through grief, trauma, shame and into something more honest.

Because people aren’t broken. They’re burdened.

And your life is worth fighting for.

Not in some far-off ideal.

In the wholeness we reclaim.

It's not easy.

It's not handed to us.

It's real.
